Enhance the Metro7 Skin for DotNetNuke

We allready fixed some minor issues and changed the Manifest to DNN 6 manifest file for the upcomming Version Aarsys Metro 7 Skin for DotNetNuke.

As we started with migrating the existing Metro7 Skin it was already supported WindowsPhone 7. We would enhanced the mobility support of the skin for the version 6.2 and think about to use the mobile api of DNN. At time it seams that we had to add sperate Skins and containers with mobile design. We had then enhanced the Skins to manually move from mobile to standard and from standard to mobile view.
